About Katie
Katie is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a unique background, having double majored in Theatre Studies (BA) and Psychology (BS). She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Katie’s diverse education and deep curiosity of the human experience allow her to approach therapy from a creative and empathetic lens.

In her personal life, Katie loves being outdoors and can often be found hiking, rock climbing, camping, kayaking, or enjoying live music with her husband and their beloved dog. This connection to nature and adventure mirrors her approach to therapy: grounded, exploratory, and resilient.

While she is patient, kind, and practices unconditional positive regard, she also isn’t afraid to challenge and confront the behaviors or thought patterns that may be standing in the way of your personal growth. She uses a person-centered approach as the foundation of her practice, tailoring interventions to meet your unique needs, circumstances, and goals.

Katie believes deeply in the life you deserve, and she looks forward to meeting you where you are, helping you navigate struggles, and celebrating your successes as you work together toward your full potential.
