About Ronda
Ronda began her career in mental health working with youth, helping them navigate emotional challenges and manage behavioral issues. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing complex mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.
Ronda earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Her professional background includes roles as a school-based therapist, a clinician at a psychiatric hospital, and work in a substance use treatment center. These experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded and compassionate approach to care across a wide range of settings and populations.
